With time the brow descends, especially at its outer end, and the eyes look tired, sad or heavy. The endoscopic brow lift repositions the brow and forehead from above, through small incisions hidden inside the scalp, with the help of an endoscope (a thin camera) that gives the surgeon a magnified view of the anatomy. When only the tail of the brow has dropped, a temporal (lateral) brow lift, through incisions hidden in the hair of the temple, may be enough.
The goal is an open, natural look — not a surprised one.

Who Is a Good Candidate?
- A low or heavy brow that makes you look tired, sad or angry.
- Drooping of the outer end of the brow, with hooding over the upper eyelid.
- Horizontal forehead lines or frown lines between the brows.
- Good general health and realistic expectations.
Sometimes what looks like excess eyelid skin is actually a low brow. Lifting the brow can improve it without removing more skin from the eyelid; each case is assessed individually.

Recovery & Results
- First days: keep your head elevated and apply cold compresses to reduce swelling.
- At least two weeks: avoid intense physical activity.
- About two weeks: most patients return to work and normal activities.
Recovery depends on each patient and on whether other procedures are combined. Follow-up visits are part of the result.
The result is visible almost immediately and is best appreciated after the first weeks, once the swelling settles. A brow lift does not stop ageing: it places the upper face at a more favourable point in the process.
